Packages are generally dispatched within 10 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Return Policy

Properly packed and shipped back within 15 days of accepting delivery.
Shipping charges are not credited or refunded. If your original purchase amount qualified you for free shipping and your return drops your purchase amount to below the minimum for free shipping, you will be charged for the original shipping fee.
We regret that original shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable,
unless it is a result of our error or on orders eligible for the
Perfect Match Exchange Program.

returned.
Fill out the Returns Form enclosed in your original shipment and
place it inside the return package. Pack and seal your return
merchandise securely.

For your security, please return your package via insured carrier
(e.g. FedEx or UPS) to ensure safe and prompt delivery. Please retain
your shipping receipt, Devezin cosmetics is not responsible for return
packages lost or damaged in transit.
Once your package is received and processed by the Devezin cosmetics
Returns Department, typically within 10 business days of receipt, your
refund will be processed and the credit applied to the original method
of payment within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 1-2
billing cycles for your credit adjustment to appear on your statement,
depending on your card provider.
Please Note:
Only items purchased on www.devezincosmetics.com may be accepted
for return.
Refunds can only be applied to the original method of payment used
for the order.
Items purchased as a set, collection, bundle or value price offer
must be returned with the complete set or collection, not individual
items. Please contact Devezin cosmetics Customer Service if you have
questions.
Perfect Match Exchange Program
If the foundation, powder or concealer shade purchased on
devezincosmetics.com/us is not a perfect match, contact us within 15
days to receive complementary return and replacement shipping. If your
purchase was completed after December 1, 2012 and the package was
delivered within the 50 United States, you are eligible for the
Perfect Match Exchange Program.

shade or refund your purchase.
A free return label will be provided to you via email. Please print
the label and affix it to the return package.
ill out the Returns Form enclosed in your original shipment and
place it inside the return package. Pack and seal your return

Drop off the package at your local FedEx drop-off location or FedEx
store.
Upon our receipt, we will ship the predetermined replacement shade
to the original shipment delivery address.
*Perfect Match Exchange Program does not apply to Stick Foundation,
Fine Pressed Powder or Fine Loose Powder. Offer cannot be applied to
devezincosmetics.com orders placed prior to December 1, 2012. If after
the first exchange the shade still does not match, a full credit will
be applied upon receipt of the unused portion of the product. We
reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered or
ineligible use of offer and to modify or cancel any promotion due to
system error or unforeseen problems. Please note, Devezin cosmetics
'Partners' members are not eligible for promotional offers.
